Welcome to the Rockmy terms of service (“terms”, “terms and conditions”).
You are entering into this agreement with Uniphar Commercial (E4H) UK Limited, trading as Rockmy (“Rockmy”, “Uniphar,” “we”, “us”)
Please review carefully because these terms form a legal agreement between Rockmy and you.
These terms affect how your disputes with Rockmy are resolved.
User Agreement
The following are the terms and conditions are agreed to by you, the customer, when using the Rockmy website and store (www.rockmy.com and www.store.rockmy.com). This Website is for use by people who are 18 years and over only. By accessing and/or using the website, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them, and an agreement is formed between us and you.
Rockmy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice and your access to this website may be terminated at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website following any amendment of these Terms will represent an agreement by you to be bound by these Terms as amended.
We recommend you review the Terms for amendments each time you use the website and before placing any Order. Whilst we are under no obligation to do so, should we choose to provide you with notice of amended Terms, you agree to receive email notification of the amendments from us or our third party.
Website usage and copyright
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the Website. All information including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or email-distributed, commercially produced information presented to you by the Website are the exclusive property of Rockmy and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of Rockmy.
User generated content
By agreeing to let us feature your content on our websites or social media channels and platforms, you agree that:
we can use your handle and the content (the “Content”) on the Rockmy websites and affiliated social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) and/or any other Rockmy marketing materials;
we can modify the content (for example we may edit, crop, adapt, enhance or use only a part of it, but Rockmy will not treat your Content in a derogatory manner).
You promise that you:
- have the permission to use, share and update the Content;
- have the right to grant Rockmy the above rights; and
- are at least 18 years old.
If you (or an author in the Content) asks us to remove the Content, we will remove the Content from the websites and social media accounts that we control. We may remove Content from our accounts or platforms in our complete discretion, without asking you.
You understand that users of social media platforms and Rockmy platforms can share and make use of the Content once posted. A user of these platforms can take a screenshot of and save an image of the Content to their device, share the Content on social media platforms or websites which feature the Content (and sharing capabilities). If you do not want to grant the permissions set out above, then please do not give us consent to use the Content.
Guests and Registered Users
You may access and/or use the website as a guest or as an account holder.
To become an account holder of the website, you must provide your name and address, telephone number, a valid email address, marketing preferences and nominate a password. If you do not provide accurate and complete details we may not be able to activate your account or supply goods or services to you. You agree to keep your account details current at all times by accessing your account via the website.
You will receive an email from us as soon as practicable after you create your account.
We only permit one registration per email address.
You must not use another user’s account without permission. You must keep your password secure as you are responsible for any activity on your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or any unauthorised use of your password or account.
If you forget your password you may click on the relevant link located on the website and we will email you to reset your password.
We reserve the right to terminate a user’s account without notice for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if you have breached or we suspect you have breached these Terms.
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to register as an account holder of the website or purchase goods or services from the website.
Orders
Transaction Processing
Rockmy Store enables transactions in via two methods.
When you place an order, or purchase on www.store.rockmy.com or via www.rockmy.com, the seller is Rockmy, UNLESS the product is identified as being sold by a Rockmy brand partner (each a “Rockmy Brand Partner”, or “Brand”). Where this is the case, the product will be stated to be:
- “Sold and shipped” by a Rockmy Brand Partner, or
- “Sold by [Rockmy Brand Partner] and shipped by Rockmy”.
If the product is stated to be “Sold and shipped” by a Rockmy Brand Partner, or “Sold by [Rockmy Brand Partner] and shipped by Rockmy, Rockmy is acting as an affiliate marketplace that facilitates transactions between customers (“you,” “user,” or “buyer”) and the Rockmy Brand Partner (“Brands” or “Sellers”). In this scenario, upon purchase you are entering into a direct transaction with the Brand, and the Brand remains fully responsible for order fulfilment, product quality, and customer service.
When the seller is Rockmy, this transaction is between customers (“you,” “user,” or “buyer”) and Rockmy (“Rockmy” or “Uniphar”). In this scenario, upon purchase you are entering into a direct transaction with Rockmy, and Rockmy remains fully responsible for order fulfilment, product quality, and customer service.
When the seller is Rockmy, your sales contract is with Rockmy. When the seller is an Rockmy Brand Partner, you enter into a contract to buy products with the respective Rockmy Brand Partner and a contract with Rockmy Payments to pay for those products in the way described below.
Legal capacity
Any Order and/or purchase made by you using this website is an acknowledgment by you that:
(a) you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
(b) you accept these Terms.
(c) you agree that you have entered into a legal contract with Rockmy in relation to these Terms.
(d) these Terms, together with your Order, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rockmy for the supply of goods or services.
We recommend you carefully preview any proposed Orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your Order.
Once an Order has been accepted by Rockmy or the respective Rockmy Partner Brand, no cancellation of that Order is valid unless you receive our written communication permitting the cancelled Order. If a Brand cancels an Order, you must resolve the issue directly with the Brand.
Representations of goods or services for sale made by Rockmy via the website do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to treat.
Shopify Payments AIB Merchant Services and PayPal are the online payment gateway provider for Rockmy Management Services.
You and Rockmy or the respective Brand may enter into a contract for the sale and supply of goods or services by you making an offer via the website to purchase goods at the price advertised on the website by:
(a) placing an electronic Order for the goods or services using the website.
(b) you confirming the Order details in accordance with the procedure on the website.
(c) you making payment in full (plus any applicable delivery and handling charges) on the website.
(d) the acceptance of that offer by Rockmy or the Brand.
When entering into a sale contract via the website, you will be taken to have communicated your offer to purchase the good(s) or services only when:
(a) any and all requirements set out in these Terms have been met.
(b) the electronic instruction containing the offer from you enters and is recorded in our database.
(c) a record is created and stored in our database.
(d) Rockmy receives in its account full payment from you for the goods or services (including any applicable delivery and handling charges) and confirmation of that payment is received by our database.
You acknowledge that:
(a) the transmission of your offer or the confirmation of any payment, made through an electronic instruction may not be received by Rockmy for reasons beyond either parties’ reasonable control including but not limited to, electronic failure, mechanical, software, computer, or telecommunications failure, or the omission or failure of third party website providers or systems.
(b) to the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockmy is not liable to you in any way for any loss or damage of any kind, however caused, arising directly or indirectly in connection with the transmission of an electronic instruction through the website, or any failure to receive an electronic instruction for whatever reason.
(c) Rockmy may act on and process all completed electronic instructions transmitted or issued through the website without further consent from or reference to you.
(d) Rockmy may treat an electronic instruction as authentic and is under no obligation to investigate the authenticity or authority of persons issuing or transmitting such electronic instructions, or to verify the accuracy and completeness of such electronic instructions.
Billing information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information when making a purchase. Rockmy is not responsible for transaction failures due to incorrect payment details.
eGift cards
The eGift card (or “gift card”) will be valid and usable until all purchased monetary value is used or until the expiration date (2 years from date of purchase).
No change will be given out, but the balance can be used for future purchases.
This card is not a credit card or debit card and has no value until activated at the checkout.
This card may not be exchanged for cash. Rockmy will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards.
eGift Cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
eGift cards can only be purchased on store.rockmy.com and can only be redeemed on store.rockmy.com. Physical cards cannot be purchased.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions.
Products
Brand Responsibility
Where products are sold by Brands, all product descriptions, images, claims, warranties, and specifications are provided by the Brands. Rockmy does not create, verify, or endorse product claims, including but not limited to quality, effectiveness, or intended use.
Warranty or Guarantee
Rockmy makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or legality of product descriptions, ingredients, or features. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, you must contact the Brand directly.
The information contained in the Website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the Website is provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the Website or from third parties will be correct, accurate timely, reliable or otherwise. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.
Compliance & Safety
It is your responsibility to ensure that any product purchased is suitable for your needs and complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Rockmy not liable for any adverse effects, damages, or injuries resulting from product use. Rockmy is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any Brand. Any claims related to defective, unsafe, or misleading products must be addressed directly with the Brand.
Discount policy
Discount Codes
Discount codes are only valid for full priced items and cannot be used on already discounted items. Other exclusions include medications, healthcare, medical devices and electrical.
Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.
If you are given a unique discount code that is meant just for you (e.g. a student Discount Code) please do not share this with anyone (e.g. don’t post it on social media or share with a friend). If we think there is or has been misuse of a Discount Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we can cancel your Discount Code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you.
If a Discount Code can’t run properly – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Discount Code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the Discount Code at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law (and without limitation to any other provision of these Terms), Rockmy exclude all liability to you or anyone else for any and all loss or damage of any kind (however caused or arising) relating in any way to the website (or any goods or services purchased on the website) including, but not limited to, loss or damage you might suffer as a result of:
(a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies on the website.
(b) you acting or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to on the website and/or any linked website.
(c) personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from your access or use of the website.
(d) any unauthorised access to or use of the websites secure servers.
(e) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website.
(f) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or through the website by any third party.
(g) the quality or fitness for any purpose of any linked sites.
Without limitation to the foregoing, except as expressly provided in these Terms and to the fullest extent allowed by the law, Rockmy and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or use of the website or any goods or services purchased on it.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we do not give any representation, warranties, or undertakings in relation to the goods or services on the website. Any representation, condition, or warranty which might be incorporated into these Terms by statute, common law, the law of equity, or otherwise is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that any goods or services are suitable for your purposes.
You will at all times indemnify, and keep indemnified, Rockmy, and each of its related entities, including their directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any loss (including reasonable legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) or liability incurred or suffered by you or by any of them arising from any claim, demand, suit, action or proceeding by any person against you or them where such loss or liability arose out of, in connection with or in respect of your conduct or any breach of these Terms.
This clause is not intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.

Refund and returns policy

Rockmy return policy
At Rockmy we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally, we know you may want to return items and you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
Rockmy will issue a refund, for a product shipped by Rockmy, within a maximum of 14 days and confirm it with an automated e-mail. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer. You can see the refund in your bank account or credit card statement, within a maximum of 7 business days after the refund is issued. In certain circumstances refund timeframes may be longer. You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders under the order summary. If your refund doesn’t appear in your account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us.
Rockmy do not accept responsibility for any items sold and shipped by an Rockmy Brand Partner that are returned to Rockmy incorrectly.
Non-refundable items
Some items cannot be returned for refunds due to hygiene and safety, including:
Supplements if the seal has been tampered with or is broken
Face + body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact
Sexual Wellness products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact
Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken
Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken
Pierced jewellery if the seal has been tampered with or is broken.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
Brand Partner refunds and returns
For orders sold and shipped by an Rockmy Brand Partner, please note the returns policy is at the brands discretion. Each Brand sets its own refund, exchange, and return policies. You must review the individual Brand’s policy before making a purchase.
Rockmy is not responsible for approving refunds, handling returns, or resolving disputes related to products purchased from Brands. Any requests regarding refunds, exchanges, or returns must be directed to the Brand. We do not assume liability for any Brand’s failure to honour its stated policies.
Cancellations
Once an Order has been accepted by Rockmy or the respective Rockmy Partner Brand, no cancellation of that Order is valid unless you receive our written communication permitting the cancelled Order. If a Brand cancels an order, you must resolve the issue directly with the Brand.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Where the product is sold by Rockmy, you are required to inspect your goods when you take delivery of them. You will be required to note any damage on the delivery documentation which is presented to you by the carrier for signature. In all other cases, you will be required to notify us in writing of any damage on delivery or shortages within three (3) days of delivery.
Where the product is sold by a Brand, if your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, check the product listing page for the brand’s policy on damaged or incorrect items, contact the brand directly using the details in your order confirmation email and the brand will guide you on the next steps, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another resolution.
Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to United Kingdom mainland addresses. Rockmy does not ship outside of United Kingdom mainland.
The delivery address must be an address within the United Kingdom mainland and cannot be a freight forwarding location. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
Delivery cost and times
If you are ordering from multiple brands, your items will arrive separately.
Shipping is free for all orders over £50, and £4.95 for orders under £50.
Where a product is sold by Rockmy, the shipping is provided by Royal mail. Estimated delivery times can be found on the product pages.
Please note that each brand has its own shipping times and policies. Estimated delivery times can be found on the product pages—these are provided by the brand.
Rockmy will reasonably endeavour to deliver your Order within any stated timeframes for dispatch, however, Rockmy does not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.
Rockmy cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third-party delivery contractor.
Advertising policy
We reserve the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on the Website. Advertisers and sponsors on the Website are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, state and international laws (where relevant) and we exclude all liability howsoever caused therefrom.
The information and products contained on this website do not constitute endorsement or recommendation by Rockmy or our experts and supporters unless explicitly marked. The educational content written by our clinical board is in no way influenced by advertising or funding received.
Adverts will be coordinated to make sure they do not conflict with our core values.
All adverts are subject to approval before they are placed. We reserve the right to refuse to promote or to remove any individual advert that we consider inappropriate. The suitability of individual advertisers may be checked with the Trading Standards.
All adverts must adhere to the codes of conduct laid down by the Advertising Standards Authority. Advertising Standards Authority’s Code says that marketing communications:
- must be legal, decent, honest, and truthful
- must not bring advertising or the Council into disrepute
- must conform to the Code
- must respect the principles of fair competition
Advertising will also be subject to the Code of Practice on Local Government Publicity and the requirements of the Financial Services Authority.
We are not responsible for the quality or reliability of the product or services offered within any advert. We would never knowingly run an advert that is misleading, offensive, untrue, or fraudulent.
We do not support or endorse any company or organisation advertising on our website, buildings, publications, or other areas.
