Why are you passionate about women's health?
Women in high-pressure roles are praised for handling it all. I’ve lived that hustle and know the cost of putting everything ahead of my own wellbeing. Guiding women to spot early whispers from their bodies and giving them tools to feel strong, steady and self-assured is what lights me up.
What one piece of advice would you give to our audience?
Before you open your laptop, step outside for natural light, take three slow belly breaths and eat a protein rich snack. Your energy, focus and hormones will thank you.
What is missing from the current conversation around women's health?
The importance of play. Creative downtime – games, stories, music – shifts the brain from survival to repair, yet it’s rarely framed as a health tool.
