Our village
Because changing women’s health takes all of us.
From healthcare professionals and researchers to brand leaders, advocates and everyday women – our village is powered by people who care enough to make change happen.
We don’t just talk about the gender health gap – we act on it.

From our founder
Hazel Lodge
When I turned 51, I had officially reached the average age of menopause. Despite working with leading clinicians and healthcare experts, I hadn’t connected the dots between my professional knowledge and my personal health.
What I found in the media didn’t reflect my experience – or the women I know. That’s why I created Rockmy. I wanted something evidence-based, lifestyle-aligned and relatable. Something that brings together women, clinicians and changemakers to reshape how we approach women’s health – together.
When I began talking about women’s health, something powerful happened. Friends, family, colleagues – even strangers – started opening up too. Their stories were far too familiar. Missed diagnoses, brushed-off symptoms, years of not feeling believed. It wasn’t just frustrating. It was systemic.
Rockmy isn’t just about me. It’s about all of us.
