7 Days of Self Care is a collection of 7 different practices, from movement, yoga, meditation, intention setting, journalling and breath work to help you build a compassionate routine in your day to day.
These practices act as an anchor to help you stay cool, calm and connected, less reactive and keep your nervous system regulated. All of the practices encourage mindfulness in a simple and accessible way so if you are new to yoga and meditation, don’t worry.
Price for this course is £30. Free slots are available for those unable to pay – just get in touch.
