Rockmy is on a mission to close the gender health gap for everyone navigating women’s health.

Driving awareness, education and action in women’s health.

The world wasn’t built for your health – but we’re working to change that.

ROCKMY MANIFESTO

FROM DELAYED DIAGNOSES TO UNDER-RECOGNISED SYMPTOMS, WE’RE CLOSING THE GAPS IN WOMEN’S HEALTH.

We challenge outdated narratives. We break down barriers. We push for real change in how women’s health is understood, supported and prioritised – across every body and every stage of life.

This isn’t just a platform. It’s a growing movement powered by trusted education, clinical expertise and lived experience.

We bring together evidence-backed information, expert-led resources and curated products and wellness solutions – so women and people navigating women’s health conditions are informed, supported and in control.

We started with Rockmy Menopause – we created an alliance of Menovists and stamped out the taboo. Now everyone’s talking about it.

But we didn’t stop there.

Our health spans more than our ovaries. Our mental health, heart health, gut health, sexual wellness…the list goes on.

We’re building a trusted ecosystem – for better knowledge and real action.

Working with clinicians, experts, partners and communities, we’re shifting the system, supporting the individual and closing the gender health gap.

Because women’s health doesn’t stop at hormones.

This is just the beginning.

We’re building a new normal for women’s health – where silence isn’t standard and support isn’t a privilege.

It’s now a globally recognised term with a life of its own.

Definition of Menovist:
